Qualifications
To qualify for residency at The Oakley at Hillcrest, applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Applicants who do not meet the income requirement may be eligible to use a guarantor. Guarantors must have a gross monthly income of at least five (5) times the monthly rent and meet all applicable screening requirements.

Additionally, the rent and the Standard and Special Fees and Fee ranges are accurate as currently displayed but may increase or decrease until a lease is signed.
